We are beyond the third wave of the COVID-19 epidemic, we follow the precautions taken for the protection of health, exercise caution and responsible behavior, use the provided protective equipment.

At the settlements where district heating is supplied our customer service offices are open again at the usual time.

In order to prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, please consider and observe the following precautions if you contact us in person:

  • access to our customer service offices is only allowed with a mask on
  • immediate hand disinfection is required after entry,
  • when receiving a client, only one person can stay in the office besides our colleague.

We constantly monitor the regulations adopted by the Hungarian government and align our measures with them.
